We believe in working very closely with our clients and becoming part of the client's team for growth. In many cases, we function as a chief financial officer. We work with our clients to develop banking relationships and act as a liaison between the client and other outside advisors. We believe that it is in the client's best interest to develop in-house capabilities to provide much of the accounting and tax compliance work. Of course, we are prepared to supervise this function or to meet any of our clients' needs if in-house staff is not available.
Our primary focus is, and always will be, to provide the highest level of tax and financial services, without becoming a "necessary evil" to our clients. We strive to work closely with all of our clients -- to understand their needs and goals and to provide advice and assistance as if we "were in their shoes." While this may seem like a cliche, we recognize that many other accounting firms believe that the services they provide are the end product, rather than a necessary part of the much larger goal of success and growth.
With this as our goal, we recognize the need to work closely with our clients and to provide our services in a professional and timely manner. We have no desire or intention of becoming a much larger firm. One of the primary reasons why Mr. Engelman left his former firm is that, as the firm continued to expand and grow, he lost the personal contact with his clients that enabled him to service them with the level of dedication to which they became accustomed.
Continuous Education
We go through rigorous continuing education to keep abreast of current changes in tax strategy and maintain the highest level of quality control. Every three years we subject our activities to peer review to ensure that our high standards are maintained. We are here to provide you with the objective, independent advice you need - now and in the future.
Strategic Planning
But these days, knowledge and expertise are not enough. You need experience and advocacy as well. We can help you develop a strategy and implement its features to achieve your goals.
